Bio: My name is Shonda Carrier and I am fast approaching my 30th year in the Real Estate field. I am the owner and Managing Broker for Carrier Capital Real Estate. I have seen the market fluctuate a lot over the years. I have had the opportunity to be a loan officer and a real estate appraiser while selling Real Estate. This has given me the unique experience of knowing all aspects of Real Estate. Being a managing Broker allows me to continually educate my agents with the changes in the industry. I love to learn new things and I enjoy working with new clients on a regular basis. My favorite part of the industry is negotiating the contract and closing the deal. There is no better feeling than securing a home for your buyer or telling a seller they just received a full price offer. I absolutely love what I do and will continue to do so for years to come.
